1:1 coaching is something that personally changed my life. It was my greatest investment in myself. At my rock bottom I was full of self-sabotage, self-hatred, alcohol abuse, an eating disorder, was full of judgement, lack mindset & worry. When I finally decided that I didn’t want to live my life this way & was truly ready for change…I knew I couldn’t go on my journey alone & I found an angel of a mentor, energy healer & coach. I will forever be grateful for being led by her grace.

It was in this work that I found my passion & purpose to hold space for others experiencing what I was years ago. It is my deepest desire that we all have someone in our life that can be that guiding light.

4-MONTH- $1,111 per month (Pay in Full Option Available at discounted rate- please inquire)

After the 4 month container, you will have the option to continue to work together on a month-to-month basis.

• Bi-weekly check-in call (90-minute) time for our hearts to connect- cultivate guidance, set actionable steps, ensure accountability & laugh a little — or a lot

• Personalized energy healing (recorded & sent to use at your convenience) may be a combination of meditation, reiki, breathwork & sound healing- intuitively chosen for each individual

• Monday - Friday Access (Unlimited Voice & Text Communication for on-the-go daily hype)

• Access to all Virtual Workshops

• Tools & Resources to guide you on your journey
