Breathwork is a simple, yet powerful ancient practice.

Through an active circular breathing pattern you will return to your home frequency- allowing you to connect deeply to your innate wisdom & joy. Breathwork is an intimate experience with yourself, where you can safely explore the layers of this life & more.

How it works…

 

Breathwork offers you the chance for personal growth & expansion by connecting deeper to your mind, body, and spirit. Through the active circular breathing you will find yourself in a deeply meditative state where you will have the ability to disconnect from your conscious mind, connecting deeper to your home frequency, your essence.  During a session you will move dense energy and stuck emotions out of the body creating space energetically and activating a sense of peace & wholeness. Breathwork will leave you feeling a sense of euphoria, aligned to your true nature, seeing life/situations with clarity, along with feeling calm and energized.


WHAT TO EXPECT IN A SESSION…

 

Each Virtual Breathwork Journey is led with intuition & heart, there is usually a theme (check social media for the upcoming theme- we like to keep them FUN yet POWERFUL):

How to prepare:

The day of, ensure you will have the full 90 minutes available (longer, if possible, to ease back into life.) Find a nice comfortable spot in your home where you can lie down and are free of any distractions & stable Wi-Fi & charged device of course! It is advised to not be overly caffeinated or overly full as we want the mind to have the opportunity to relax. Please hydrate before & come with an open mind & open heart ready for expansion. The Zoom link is emailed the day of.

During a Session:

Each Virtual Breathwork will vary slightly, but we kick off with a short meditation to connect our hearts. We will then review the technique, the impact, and how you may feel during.

You will be guided/coached through the entire practice: warm up, the active breathing, and into the cool down. All of which are accompanied by music and often times sound bath as well.

The warm up: is the time to get comfortable, clear your mind, and ground into the space.

During the active breathing: you will be guided into a three-part breath, two inhales & one exhale. Breathing deeply into your diaphragm and abdominals (I know this sounds like work but the body stabilizes and this feels completely normal) and letting the air gracefully fall out of the body. Here you will enter theta state & disconnect from your conscious thoughts. In this deeply meditative state you will find a deepened connection to your inner wisdom, inner compass, and heart. You will be moving energy and creating space in the body by releasing stagnant energy and limitations. Through the breath you will be cleansing mind, body, and spirit leaving you feeling light, calm, energized, clear, and empowered.

The cool down: this is the time to allow the work and body to harmonize, you will slowly integrate back into time and space .

 

POST BREATHWORK JOURNEY:

When the session concludes it is a beautiful opportunity to journal and reflect on the experience. It is recommended to follow the session with lots of water and a nourishing grounding meal. Use this time to sit in self-love & gratitude.
